CSP Customer Service Manager

CSP Customer Service Manager
We are seeking a reliable, solutions-oriented professional to manage a team providing service and support to our Mechanical Breakdown Insurance customers. Our goal is to ensure that our customers have an exceptional experience every time they contact CSP.
ResponsibilitiesManage a team of customer service representatives in a call center environment.Monitor and coach representatives on both service and technical skills.Identify ways to improve our customer experience. Work with representatives on meeting customer and department objectives.Interview and select new customer service representatives.Assist in the training and development of new representatives.Communicate new policies/procedures/system upgrades to employees. Work with other departments on new projects/updates/initiatives to ensure that the needs of our customers and our department are identified and met.
Qualifications
The selected candidate must possess prior supervisory experience, with a minimum of 2 years’ supervisory experience being ideal. Call center experience and a college degree are preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, along with the ability to communicate clearly across multiple levels. Comprehensive computer skills are essential. CSP system software knowledge desirable. Property & Casualty License a plus. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable team player with strong time management skills.
