Area Advertising Manager (Yellow Page Sales)

Responsibilities:

We believe strongly in our sales team and the Area Manager plays the most critical role in sales and advertising development. After selecting the best people for their team the Area Manager sets individual sales and advertisingperformance goals with focus and tracking for daily achievements. The Area Manager will:
Displays and instills a winning attitude in her/his sales team
Takes full ownership for the development and success of each person on her/his sales team.
Uses the sophisticated online tools to ensure effective sales transaction management and pipeline development for each member of their team.
Utilizes the system reports and tools
Achieves a flawless execution of the investment plan and ensures goals are met.
Devotes 3 to 4 days per week riding with reps to coach and properly model the positive intensity that is the hallmark of our success.

Requirements
Area Manager
A four year Business degree is preferred
If no degree, a combination of two to four years of sales management in the yellow pages industry is required.
Demonstrated leadership and motivational abilities.
Exceptional communication skills.
Computer skills.
