We work with our customers to understand their document needs in order to match them with appropriate technology and develop the most effective solutions in their bottom line. We offer one of the broadest product lines that cover all segments of reprographic and communication needs, from the desktop to a certain reprographic center. We focus on secure network connectivity, document access, distribution and storage. Responsible for processing sales orders, supporting sales and service management, overseeing compliance, processing commissions bi-monthly, resolving customer billing, data entry, and reporting. Additional responsibilities as assigned. Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced and professional environment. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and independent projects simultaneously in a timely manner with minimal supervision. Candidate must be proficient in Excel & Word and have the ability to use the Internet for research purposes. Prior administrative support is essential. Candidate must be a team player, have excellent customer service skills and able to deal with all confidential issues accordingly.
