Facilitates inbound classified sales and some outbound calls. Sends out insertion orders and proposals. Ensures accuracy of all ads placed. Works with accounting department to maximize collections. Cross-training in all aspects of the sales department. Needs to be able to help out whenever needed. Generate reports for sales department and display reps. Maintains positive relationship with advertisers.Qualifications Qualifications: Telephone sales ability. Needs to be able to multi-task and be very organized. General Knowledge and Technical Skills: Microsoft Office ? Excel, Database use, generates own contracts and proposals. Required Education and Experience: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
