Account Service Specialist

If you'd like to join a dynamic company, Sunrise Greetings has an opening for a Account Service Specialist! This position is located in Bloomington, IN. Sunrise Greetings, a subsidiary of Hallmark Cards, Inc., is seeking a Account Service Specialist  to provide service of the highest quality in a professional and solution-oriented manner via inbound and/or outbound calls and emails messages from Sunrise Greetings to its customers, vendors, Sales Representatives, and internal personnel.

 

 

Primary duties and responsibilities include: Deliver customer satisfaction when handling all inbound and/or outbound calls and email messages by demonstrating knowledge and execution of products and programs. Meet and exceed quality standards outlined for call management. Coordinate with National Accounts, Sales Representatives, and internal personnel to ensure account needs are being met and programs are maintained. Provide Credit and Collections Representatives necessary information to maintain and reconcile accounts, and ensure collections and/or credits are applied appropriately. Ensure prompt payment of accounts receivable of 45 days outstanding. Address issues related to programs and product, and provide resolution in a timely and professional manner. Process initials, orders, and revisions quickly and accurately. Maintain account documentation, and support reviews and updates of documented procedures.

Skills / experience required: High school diploma or equivalent required, Associates or Bachelors degree preferred. 3-5 years customer service experience required. Proficient MS Office Suite (Windows, Excel, Word) and keyboarding skills. Working knowledge of Oracle and Internet. Strong listening and oral and written communcation skills. Professional and pleasant phone manners. Demonstrated organizational and time management skills. Strong problem solving ability.
