Account Manager - Creative

THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN BENTONVILLE AR. This position serves as the key liaison between customers, Premedia operations and creative services to provide project management services and support that exceeds customer expectations. Primary responsibilities include enriching the customer experience with RRD through service, a positive attitude, a sense of urgency, clear communications and utmost professionalism in all interactions, ensuring account satisfaction and service excellence.? Act as a liaison between clients and appropriate internal key stakeholders to provide account management direction.? Applies broad knowledge of creative services, problem solving, designing and implementing workflow procedures and quality control to handle assigned account with minimal supervision.? Demonstrate thorough understanding of the client's brand standards and the ability to provide effective band control for all projects.? Effectively engage and contribute in consumer product marketing strategy sessions as well as creative reviews.? Provides project services and performs order management processes such as communicating job specific information, entering orders into production and preparation of timely and accurate job instructions to meet customer expectations. ? Maintains contact with customers and creative services group / production to advise them of order progress, scheduling concerns and requests for additional information or materials when required. ? Applies understanding of customer's business needs to establish solid customer relationships, facilitate problem-solving and grow the account.? Provides research and analysis, project organization and planning, training and education services, copywriting and proofreading, and tracking and reporting on project metrics, to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. ? Uses ethical business practices in dealing with customers, employees, vendors, suppliers and the community.? Responsible for customer retention and customer loyalty.? Responsible for accuracy and timeliness of customer invoices. ? Facilitates the resolution of production-related problems in a timely manner and elevates appropriately when necessary.Qualifications5+ years experience working in an ad agency or as a marketing team member. Well-rounded knowledge of Premedia creative services (prepress, photo, creative, digital print). Demonstrated ability to work within a brand guideline and effectively interact with design professionals. Consumer product marketing experience. Ability to maintain a professional demeanor while handling a high volume of projects with multiple touch points and short deadlines. Excellent interpersonal skills and the proven ability to build and maintain strong and effective customer and internal relationships. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with the ability to listen for understanding.Ability to work with ambiguity.Ability to anticipate needs on behalf of customer not to only serve the customer but increase volume and profitability.
