Our client, an innovative leader in the design, source, and sale of fitness apparel is searching for an experienced hands-on Operations Director (Business Application Systems)who will be responsible for the implementation, operation and improvement of the infrastructure, systems, and processes required to support their online retail and wholesale operations. Based in Mill Valley, our client is a privately held, well funded, startup company. possessing experienced management and a sound strategy, in a rapidly growing, wellness-oriented industry. Responsibilities include:Implement, maintain, and improve order processing and inventory management systemsSupervise third party fulfillment services provider and call center operations, monitor quality, and address deficiencies through process improvementsMonitor payment processing platforms and address any issuesSupervise customer service personnel and address customer service issuesKeep the CEO promptly and fully informed of all issues of material significance, take prompt corrective action where necessary, and suggest alternative courses of action that may be takenConduct a lead role in the selection and implementation of ERP business systems

 

Qualifications:Significant experience in Order-Entry, Inventory Management and Finance business platformsExperience with the implementation, configuration and support of ecommerce operations and related ERP business systemsEntrepreneurial spiritProfessional demeanor"Roll up the sleeves" styleExcellent analytic and communications skills, both written and verbalStrong work ethic and ability to work under pressure and deadlinesAccuracy and thoroughness in executing projects, procedures, and workAffinity for the company's core mission and products

 

Compensation:
