Henry Wurst, Inc. is a leader in the print and marketing communications field, with a 70 year history of exceeding customer expectations.  Due to growth, we are adding to our Account Manager team.  The Account Manager serves a key role in inside sales and program management for our customers with complex program solutions.  They work directly with the customer and our internal production teams to ensure that HWI devises and delivers print, mail, fulfllment and related solutions to drive the profitability of our customers' businesses.

 

PLEASE NOTE.  THIS POSITION REQUIRES A WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF PRINT, MAIL and FULFILLMENT SERVICES.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

·  Works with the customer and internal resources to identify and implement solutions tailored to customers’ needs

·  Provides critical understanding and basic knowledge of client goals to assist in the execution of the customer’s program internally.

·  Ensures efficient execution of client programs including but not limited to budget management, quality achievement and timely deliverables.

·  Serves as expert production advisor, (utilizing appropriate resources) for the assigned accounts, including critical review of job plans and estimates to ensure best methods

·  Anticipates and proactively resolves problems

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

·  A working knowledge of print, mail and fulfillment

·  Comfortable handling tight deadlines and multiple projects while coordinating with a variety of internal and external contacts

·  Excellent abstract reasoning and communication skills

·  Sales aptitude

·  Polished presentation skills

·  Excellent understanding of key profit drivers

·  Resourcefulness, flexibility and energy

·  Ability to work well independently and as leader of an account service team

·  Commitment to the teams success

·  Willingness to travel as needed
