Job responsibilities include:

·  Clientrelationship management – educating clients on products, services andprograms, as well as ensuring all client benefits are honored.

·  Achieving monthly receivables goals.

·  Upgrading client programs to meet client and Company goals.

 



Requirements

Ideal candidates possess the following:

 



·  Excellentcommunication skills (both verbal and written) – can articulate keyselling points, benefits and features while meeting customer needs andexpectations.

·  Results oriented with a proven track record.

·  Superior customer service skills.

·  Ability to work in a team environment

·  Can quickly assess a problem and determine an amicable solution.
