Protech installs only the finest state-of-the-art  equipment, not the bargain basement or older technology used by some others.  For example, our keypad, the part of the system the homeowner uses, is back-lit so it can be read in the dark. Customers repeatedly tell us how easy and convenient it is to use. Our staff of over 50 security consultants are fully trained to assist the homeowner in determining the best protection for each home.

Job Description: Protech Security is looking for dedicated sales consultants for residential and commercial customers. 

Some leads are provided by the company, however during the extensive training period Protech will teach you how to self-generate leads.In home sales presentationsIn home consulting with home ownersSell security monitor systemsContact prospective customers to examine ADT servicesExamine customer’s needs overallMake cold calls and work from company leadsOutside selling is a must

 

Compensation/Benefits:

Protech offers paid vacation

401k retirement plan

Signing bonus where Protech will pay an additional $100 for every system sold during the initial 30 day training period.

Commission-based compensation. Average sales of systems range at 20 per month equating to $5,000 per month.Many sales consultants make well over 6-digits.
