Expert Service is currently seeking a career-minded person to be part of a growing pest management team. A non-experienced individual is preferred since we provide the one-on-one training and top-notch management support needed for success.

If you are looking for a rewarding service career we have available Service Pro positions in the following areas: Boardman and East Cleveland, Ohio & Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

Ãº Mapping and Driving a tri-county area in order to service customers

Ãº Establishing a business relationship through professional communication & interaction with customers

Ãº Selling pest control contracts by evaluating pest control situations; writing and explaining service contracts; collecting revenue.

Ãº Evaluating customerâ€™s pest control needs by inspecting structure interior and exterior.

Ãº Presenting service proposal by preparing service contracts, including cost calculations.

Ãº Maintaining quality results by adhering to company standards.

Ãº Resolving customer dissatisfactions by investigating complaints; identifying solutions; recommending improvements in service procedures.

Ãº Enhancing department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

QUALIFICATIONS

Ãº Must be a self-motivated individual to work independently in order to plan & manage the course of your day.

Ãº Must communicate and work well with people

Ãº Must possess good sales skills

Ãº Must be able to work with 24-32ft ladders without fear of heights

Ãº Must be able & willing to work with caged, living animals.

Ãº Expert is a drug free workplace. (drug screenings provided)

Ãº Must have clean driving record (one minor violation may be excused)
