PERSONAL ASSISTANT, NYC $55K-$70K
NYC family living in Soho seeks a home office Personal Assistant, 5 -10 years experience working as a Personal Assistant. Work directly with employer in her home office.
Must be polished, elegant and poised.
Schedule: Monday – Friday 10am-7pm
Excellent salary and Benefit package: $55-$70K DOE + Healthcare after 3 months

General requirements :
• Must be Legal to work in the US (US Citizen or Green Card).
• Valid passport and flexible to travel for Business.
• Bachelor Degree required.
• Minimum 5-10 years experience working as a Personal Assistant.
• Strong command of the English language and strong writing/ typing skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
• Must be able to prioritize, and quickly adapt to changes.
• Must be pro-active, able to multi-task, and work well under pressure.
• Must be poised, confident, and polished.
• Sterling references and letters of recommendation.
• Proficiency in all areas of Microsoft office, Photoshop & MAC OSX.
• Must have basic knowledge of QuickBooks.
