We are currently seeking a seasoned Outside Sales and Training Professional for the East Coast and Midwest territory. 

 

We offer a competitive base salary, plus monthly commission potential, A full benefit plan is also offered, and includes medical, dental, vision, group life, 401k, paid holidays, sick time, and vacation time.  Monthly expense reimbursement includes a car allowance and mileage reimbursement, as well as normal expenses.

 

The Position:

As a Sales and Training Territory Manager, you will be responsible for prospecting, developing, and maintaining a protected territory. You will service and grow existing accounts, prospect and open new accounts in the specialty and professional channel. By employing diverse sales tactics, training, in store events and continuing support, you will build strong relationships and a solid revenue base in your territory.

 

While this position requires a goal-oriented and self-motivated individual, you must also be receptive to guidance and direction from NV Perricone management, as you will serve as the primary link between us and our customers.

 

Key Qualifications:A proven track record of success in training and outside sales. Skincare, cosmetics, beauty experience a mustExperience in the skin care field is a plus. Ability to prospect, cold call (both in person and on the telephone), and present detailed proposals for opening new business. Ability to grow existing business and develop positive and strategic working relationships with current accounts. Excellent verbal communication skills, including the confidence to train clients regarding technology and product usage. Must be highly organized. Have the unique combination of being independent and self-motivated, while being open to direction, guidance and proactively staying connected to the National Sales Director. Ability to plan and execute strong on site skin care events. Travel of 50-75% is required
