Client Services Representative; Luxury Garment Care Firm

Job Purpose:*To take care of every aspect of our clients needs regarding the care of their wardrobe and home textiles. *Our expectation is "exceed our client's expectations".*Insure company quality standards are met.*Establish and maintain relationships with luxury clothing and home textile retailers.*Proper identification and pricing of clothing/textiles for garment care.*Inventory control: Generating daily reports to insure orders are on time.*Route management: Insuring daily truck deliveries are delivered on time. *Client services: Maintain and grow our existing client base using promotions, word-of-mouth and retail relationships.Our client base is demanding but rewarding and includes; celebrities, NY's "movers and shakers", international travelers and fashionistas.Ideally you should be bi-lingual (English/Spanish or English/Italian), and you must have luxury retail, garment care or personal care experience.
