Administrative Assistant - Replenishment & Allocation

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT – REPLENISHMENT & ALLOCATION

 

Responsibilities:

·  Provide support to VP of Replenishment, Allocation and Franchise Product Sales and team

·  Assist in routing and responding to phone calls regarding merchandising issues

·  Run merchandising reports and distribute to appropriate team members

·  Daily interacting with corporate Vice Presidents, finance team, marketing team, merchandise team, vendors, international locations, and distribution centers

·  Assist in order review process and other replenishment and allocation team activities

·  Coordinate sku transition during major acquisitions

·  Coordinate salon closing process

·  Draft interoffice memos and general correspondence

·  Other responsibilities include, filing, distribute mail, and other projects and requested

 

Requirements:

·  2 year degree, 4 year degree preferred

·  PC proficient in Word, Access, and Excel

·  Strong verbal and written communication skills

·  Excellent organizational and time management skills
