Prestigious Firm Needs An Executive Assistant! - Up to $75K
Distinguished performing arts firm seeks an Executive Assistant to work in its ideally located Westside office. In this position, you will directly support an executive team and oversee from start to finish high priority administrative duties. Candidates with proven experience building strong workplace relationships will excel as the team’s primary point-of-contact to answer questions and requests frequently directed to these executives. If you are capable of driving visible results in a wide range of professional areas – you’re off to a great career with this firm!
Responsibilities:
-Maintain and up-to-date Outlook calendars to reflect business meetings, conference calls, travel dates, and office.
-Book in advance travel and hotel accommodations for annual off-site meetings and business conferences.
-Draft business documents and create PowerPoint presentations. Revise support materials to reflect current initiatives and key business dates.
-Keep team well-informed of project timelines and of changes that may impact project deliverables.
-Conduct basic Internet research for special projects.
-Provide back-up support to other business areas, as requested.
