Will be responsible for answering phones and distributing messages, report preparation, (copy, manually bind, and distribute), maintain office supplies, filing, receiving and distributing mail. Will also be responsible for front office upkeep, ordering of office supplies, and conference room schedule. Candidates must have a stable work history and good computer skills.
