Human Resources Assistant The Town of Windsor is seeking an HR Assistant to perform a wide variety of administrative support duties in Human Resources, Administration and general receptionist area. This position provides customer service functions for the Town of Windsor Employees by responding to employee questions and requests. Assists with developing, interpreting and administering personnel policies and procedures. Assists with comp plan, recruitment and selection and state and federal regulatory compliance. Maintains HRIS, safety records, personnel records and benefits records. Provides backup administrative support to the Town Manager. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field from an accredited college preferred; 6 months previous human resource experience required; or any equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous benefits administration experience a plus.
