Job Description:Need a code sample of (XHTML or ASP.Net with CSS) along with the resume. The resource will need to specify what their contribution to the code was (content, template, etc.)Daily tasks:. Hand-codes valid XHTML (no WYSIWYG). Uses a validator for code and participates in peer code reviews. Edits graphics using Photoshop to crop, color correct and modify photos.. Creates pages from templates and flows copy into pages using extensible mark-up. Can interface with customers. Performs both maintenance and new web work. Can lay out a page and has an "eye" for design . Assists with organizing web site content.SKILL REQUIREMENTS. Required: advanced hand-coding XHTML, advanced CSS positioning skills, advanced JavaScript, knowledge of W3C standards, Photoshop skills (hopefully versions CS1 through CS3), ASP knowledge (intermediate). Perferred: exposure to - federal 508 requirements, .Net 2.0, client interaction. Optional: some flash animation and media experience. Minimum 3 yrs experience (though there might be some exceptions)Soft skills:. Follow through & initiative.
