eCommerce Manager
Central Restaurant Products, Inc. headquartered in Indianapolis, IN, is a national multi-channel B2B distributor of restaurant equipment and supplies.We sell and distribute merchandise to various restaurants, government entities, schools, bars and caterers throughout the US. We sell everything from walk-in refrigeration units to salt and pepper shakers.
We have realized phenomenal growth and are looking for our first ever eCommerce Manager. This is a great opportunity to come in on the ground floor and make dramatic improvements to our web environment. Experience in internal search, comparative engines, search engine optimization, and pay per click marketing will allow you to make an immediate impact.
You will lead and grow the eCommerce activities, which provide a direct sales channel to our customers and prospects. Define Company goals and what applications are used in a Best of Class environment. Perform hands-on site modifications and procure outside resources when needed. Work with the Marketing Director to develop budget, forecasting, financial modeling, monitor costs, and meet critical Key Performance Indicators. Create profitable traffic building programs, innovative customer experience, and integrated campaigns with offline shopping. Head up Web Analytics deciphering and recommendations.
Education/Experience:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
· 3-7 years experience in SEM/PPC, SEO, Web Analytics and e-mail marketing campaigns, with an emphasis on overall web site marketing and technical development.
· Experience with Java, SQL, Excel and relational databases (business & CRM).
· B2B Multi-channel experience a plus
Required Skills:
· Proven ability to deliver data-driven results, analysis, testing and application of findings.
· Strong conceptual thinking, problem solving, and resourcefulness
· Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
· Strong technical background and effective IT communicator
· Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with technical/IT and creative groups
· Ability to embrace change and adjust quickly
· High integrity – actions consistent with words.
· Travel only required for industry/business educational purposes.
