Warehouse Assistant-Hesperia/ DIRECTV Home Services
Summary: Take all necessary steps to track work orders and technicians in the field utilizing a customized database in order to meet company and client goals. To ensure that customer, supervisor and technician questions are answered on a timely and professional basis.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Input and maintain an accurate computerized customer and work order database.Close out 100% work orders daily.Dispatch team goal of _____% on completion of job orders.Make sure technicians are following dispatch procedures and document those who are not to report to management.Handle customer questions, complaints and inquiries in an expeditious and professional manner. Document appropriately.Contact customers to reschedule installs and notify technician.Notify technicians of any cancellations prior to the scheduled arrival time.Answer phone and two-way radio promptly and professionally.General office duties as assigned – i.e., faxing, copying, filing etc.Follow all dispatch policies and procedures.Record working hours accurately. A _______ lunch is mandatory. Any exception must be communicated to the Supervisor for approval.Adhere to dress code policy – located in employee handbook.Carry out the company’s Core Values every day:
