The Windows Team Lead will be responsible for directing the day to day activities of several second tier operations personnel, as well as to provide third tier escalation support of a variety of Windows Server Technologies. This person will assist in defining key processes and procedures for the Windows functional area, as well as formalizing documentation of the same. The team lead will work with customers throughout the sales and implementation process to create server solutions that meet specified requirements. They will direct quality assurance activity on all customer installations. They will report on key performance metrics for the Windows functional area and be responsible for ensuring adherence to service level agreements on customer issues. The Windows Team Lead will organize and participate in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours support.
