WINDOWS ADMIN LEAD
Should be able to manage the Windows team, plan the day to day activities of the team and lead and track the team's performance. He/she should ensure that the SLA's are met and should identify improvement areas. He/she should also prepare improvement plans to get higher efficiencies by leveraging the onsite-offshore team structure. He/she should have an acute sense of ownership so as to be able to identify and pick up pending tasks or improve day to day operations.
