WDPC - ASSOC. DIRECTOR OF CLINICAL SERVICES (RN) – 40 hrs/Days

 

Responsibilities:

Coordinates all aspects of supervision of Training Specialist and administrative float pool (clinical and clerical); Defines the parameter of and policy regarding float pool oversight;Enact change to create, support, and maintain an organizational culture of best practices;Facilitate the educational and professional development of clinical staff members.Liaison to the WDH Medication Bridge Program and coordinates the development of policies surrounding the program where appropriate; Strives to build collaborative relationships; manages time in an effective, efficient way; Initiates quality development processes; maintains knowledge of regulatory agency standards; Oversees CLIA laboratory operations in WDPC practices and ensures consistent applications or policies and requirements of operating CLIA testing sites.

 

Requirements:

  BSN and strong Quality background required. Must be a Registered Nurse with a minimum of 5 years experience. An advanced degree is preferred, but consideration will be given to years and scope of experience. Background of ambulatory and /or primary care is also desired.
