Requirements



- 1+ year as a full cycle recruiter.

- Experience in manufacturing or engineering a plus.

- 5 years Sales Experience.

- Self Motivated and ability to work from home.

This position will start as 100% commission only. The successful candidate will have prior experience in commission only environments and fully understand the time, financial stability, and persistence necessary to "get off the ground". We will provide all the tools you need to succeed.
