$80mm operating unit of Fortune 500 manufacturing company seeks senior accounting professional to lead all financial departments to include oversight of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and SOX compliance requirements. This position necessitates the incumbent to partner with senior leadership to set and execute strategic direction cost effectively. Additionally, the incumbent will have the opportunity to develop the necessary infrastructure (standard operating procedures and controls, IT systems, business reviews, etc.) to support operations and handle planned growth initiatives. This is an opportunity to build a department and requires at least 10 years combining controllership/CFO experience in a manufacturing environment. Masters degree and/or CPA required. Strong leadership and excellent communication skills required. Excellent compensation package including bonus and stock is available.
