Work with CRM and business officers to develop policies and gain their acceptance of policies that are promulgated by the department. Organize and conduct training courses to educate credit personnel in new policies and standards. Expand policy writing coverage to include risk management policies beyond credit risk that are needed by the businessesJob Experience:BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: • 5 years of commercial banking experience as an underwriter, credit officer and/or credit policy formulator • Bachelors degree PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: • 10 years of commercial banking experience as an underwriter, credit officer and/or credit policy formulator • Strong oral and written communication skills • Good analytical and organizational skillsNo agencies please.
