Job Description:The responsibilities include project management (including providing technical direction); designing, writing, and editing environmental reports and permit applications; research, data collection, and analysis; field surveys and reports; compliance management of construction projects; marketing and client development; and environmental training. BS and/or M.S. degree in environmental studies, biology, or related field, proven knowledge of US environmental law and resource protection principles, minimum 5 years of proven project management experience in CEQA/NEPA projects, erosion control, restoration, and/or biological resource projects in NO Ca.; Knowledge and experience in ESA, CESA, and CWA; direct client management experience; experience working with regulatory agencies; outstanding writing, editing, and communications skills; Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs; Excellent Leadership and team-building skills.
