We are seeking exceptional Direct Support Professionals who want to make a difference in the lives of the individuals we serve. We have full time, part time, overnight and per diem openings for Direct Support Professionals for a residential group home in Lynn, MA.

Summary of Position:
As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide support and assist individuals with all activities of daily living, including assistance with medical and clinical needs; transport individuals as needed to and from medical, recreational and other activities outside the program; and maintain daily and monthly progress notes according to Department of Developmental Services (DDS) and all regulatory standards.

You will create opportunities and provide support to individuals in making decisions to develop their skills and foster independence and assist the individuals with accessing resources and recreational opportunities in the community. Develop positive relationships with guardians, family members, and providers. Must have all core certifications or be able to be certified in: MAP, CPR/FA, CPI, PAC and OSHA. We will provide training.

Requirements:
Must have a high school diploma or GED. Bachelor's degree in related field is preferred.
Must have a driver's license for at least one year with a good driving record history.
Must be able to drive a 12 passenger transportation van (we will train).
Good basic computer skills.
Good verbal and written skills.
