Typist Coordinator

 

Job Description: Typist CoordinatorMonitor that all set processes are being adhered to by each typist.Assist typists with questions and concerns in a timely and patient manner.Make sure you are fully knowledgeable on all typist functions and capabilities.Keep Typist Manager apprised of any issues within the typist function.Be able to communicate in a professional manner, with individuals at multiple levels within the organization.Have a sense of urgency where the needs of the client are concerned.Be available to monitor results for the clients where necessary.Be able to work with limited supervision.Work daily reports to monitor typist quality and attendance.Work with Typist Manager to address pay issues.Understand changing or developing needs of typists and communicate them to Typist Manager.

Qualifications:Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.Have a working knowledge or various versions of Word and Excel.Excellent knowledge of the Internet and software such as Outlook, etc.Ability to understand the philosophy of the Company and apply it to individual scenarios.Ability to be creative in researching and troubleshooting problems.
