Trust Administrator II

Job Description:To provide quality administration of assigned accounts in accordance with governing instruments, tax and fiduciary laws, and Regions policy. Monitor daily cash balances, invest cash inflows and make distributions according to the terms of the agreement. Gather client information and documentation establishing the trust relationship. Perform administrative and investment reviews. Research and respond to client inquiries and requests. Monitor account activity and make investments according to the established investment objectives. Communicate with consultants, attorneys and CPAs on account related matters. Prepare special reports and investment presentations utilizing the output from the trust accounting software. Experience with trust terminology and accounting software. Good analytical and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple and rapidly changing priorities. Ability to interact with a wide range of personality types.
