Treatment Supervisor

Abraxas Youth & Family Services, a leader in the juvenile justice field, is seeking qualified candidates for the Treatment Supervisor position at our Erie Residential Mental Health program. This is a small residential treatment program for adolescent females with a medical necessity for placement at an RTF.

The position supervises and coordinates activities of the program/facility. The position supervises specific staff members of the program/facility by performing the following duties:

Supervises and confirms that intake, client, and family treatment, assessment, and intervention needs are completed within contractual and licensing guidelines.

Supervises and confirms that all aspects of the program/facility operates in accordance with terms of contractual, regulatory, and licensing guidelines to ensure regulatory compliance.

Participates with and supervises clients in daily programmatic activities.

Responsible for managing shift and the shift planning processes for designated shifts.

Participates in treatment team conferences for the discussion of behavior, diagnosis, progress, and aftercare of clients.

Oversee individual treatment planning process and provide assistance as needed.

Reviews case records to insure both progress notes and service logs have been documented.

Requirements


MA/MS in related field and minimum one year related experience in the juvenile field; or



BA/BS degree in related field and minimum three years related experience in the juvenile field.

At least 21 years of age.
Criminal clearances (Act 33 and 34 clearances, specific State and child clearances and if necessary FBI)
Non-communicable diseases physical exam
Valid driver's license
Valid insured registered vehicle
Pre-employment drug screening required.
