To sustain and enhance our leadership position in the pharmaceutical industry, we continue to recruit, develop, and motivate individuals whose skills, values, and work ethic will grow and improve our business.RESPONSIBILITIES: Identify, develop and deliver regulatory and non-regulatory training - department specific Help coordinate, develop and deliver regulatory and non-regulatory training at CCY-FDAH site Identify and coordinate external training providers to deliver specialized training Lead and or participate with stakeholders in identifying and evaluating appropriate off-site training opportunities Serve as a consultant and Subject Matter Expert (SME) to client groups in effective delivery of departmental training, qualification programs and conducting assessments Perform operational training assignments i.e., classroom, 1:1 training, special presentations, hands-on training exercises as required to assure training compliance Coordinate and lead in transition to e-learning training where appropriateBASIC QUALIFICATIONS: BS/BA degree or equivalency required. Strong technical/scientific background required.QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to consciously or unconsciously perform cause analysis, communicate most likely cause(s) and take/direct action on solution that has lasting impact Ability to recognize risk and take calculated action having impact to both upstream and downstream internal customers Ability to manage multiple projects that are complex in nature and broad in scope Ability to build cross-functional teams that share information and achieve results throughout multiple departments and across multiple functions Proactively apply scientific concepts targeted towards continual process improvement Demonstrate an experienced level of knowledge regarding manufacturing processes Clearly communicate in writing, justification for operational activities and manufacturing strategies in English.Expected Travel Time: None       www.wyeth.com/careers Wyeth is an equal opportunity employer that shares the vision of a diverse workplace.
