Job Title: Associate, Technology (Developer)Job Summary: The Associate, Technology is part of the project team and takes responsibility for a specific component or track of the project architecture/SDLC. This may includes coding, planning, estimation, issue resolution and quality assurance. Responsibilities may include: Meet with business users to conduct requirements analysis and perform systems analysis. Develop Object Oriented code and/or provide maintenance and enhancements to existing code, primarily using Java. Work with business users to gather requirements, write functional and technical specifications. Develop conceptual and technical design including use of OOA and OOD techniques. Conduct testing including all phases; systems, integration and performance and ensuring traceability.Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required and degree in Computer Science or related field preferred. Minimum 6 months - 2 years in systems integration and development, package implementation, and/or interactive design. Good understanding of all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Strong knowledge of Object Oriented Technologies. Minimum 1 year Java development Must be clearable for government security clearance.Desired: Experience in a Consulting environment. Modeling Language such as UML. Spring, Hibernate, Bug reports Experience implementing large scale custom development and/or system integration projects in one or more phases of the SDLC. Experience on Government projects.
