Trader, Wholesales Services GEN?SYS Energy, a unique and innovative marketer of wholesale electric power and services, based in La Crosse, WI seeks a Trader, Wholesale Services. This individual will assist the Manager of Accounts and Business Support with wholesale contract administration, develop sales proposals, reports and prepare data requests and the identification of marketing opportunities. This individual will also be responsible for maintaining documentation on load and capability (generation resources and contracts), Will support the Real Time Trading Desk and perform duties of Real Time Trader as needed. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor?s degree in engineering or business related field, i.e. economics, finance, or marketing OR two year degree and three years experience in energy or commodity sales or technical position related to energy production. Two years utility or related experience in areas of utility engineering, rate design, power marketing, or related areas is required. Experience in negotiating price and other terms and conditions of power purchase and sales agreements preferred. Background in trading, scheduling energy or utility related dispatch functions desired.
