You could be earning a competitive market salary plus an awesome benefits package for this opportunity.Basic Responsibilities and Tasks: Conduct test on assemblies using ATE, bench top and hand held test equipment. Conduct test in environmental chambers. Recommend improvements to processes, work instructions, and procedures Promote the concept of individual responsibility and accountability for product quality Work overtime as necessary Assist in performing preventative maintenance on equipment Work any shift as required to meet shipping demand Assist in building test equipment and cables Maintain test data and records accurately Train other operators as necessary to meet production goals.Requirements: High school education and 6 + years of varying manufacturing experience necessary with some knowledge of testing final product or currently in a degreed program for electronics. Read and understand assembly drawings, wire list, bill of materials, work instructions/procedures Computer skills, knowledge of MRP systems helpful, MS Excel and Word helpful Quick learner with problem solving skills a must Hybrid/ MCM experience a plus Good communication skills both written and verbal Hand soldering with high temperature solders a plus Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics a plus Don’t miss out!
