Job Description

 

Video Furnace is currently seeking highly motivated outside sales professionals to compliment the sales team.  Candidates should have a proven track record selling IP Technology products/services to Enterprise, Educational and Government Accounts.  Experience in Audio/Visual networking or Broadcast space is desirable.  An aptitude to learn new technology is required.

 

 

Responsibilities

  Target the “Top 25� strategic accounts in their territory; Expand and develop channel sales efforts; Assist in the closure of “key� end-user opportunities with respective partner; Coordinate all resources required to close prospective “enterprise� opportunities; Maintain end-user account information (contacts and profile information); Deliver sales presentations to prospects; Gather customer requirements and incorporate them into proposed solution sets, quotations, and product delivery details. Generate additional end-user demand through select trade show events; Accurately forecast and report information to management; Create and review territory plan with management periodically.

 

Requirements

  Minimum of 3 years outside sales experience in high technology field; Strong background in IP Networking,  IPTV, Digital Video and Audio Technology; Strong drive towards goals and proven track record of quote achievement; Ability to work independently and willingness to travel approx. 30% of the time; Experience in selling to C Level executives; Channel Sales Experience; Proficient in Microsoft Office and enterprise level CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.com; Minimum of four year college degree strongly preferred; and Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
