And to take on important responsibility from day one while building a rewarding career all with a fast-growing industry leader.ResponsibilitiesThe Teller Manager assumes operational and sales supervisory control over all tellers, including planning tellers' work schedule, guiding and advising tellers in the efficient handling of client needs, and assisting with their work. Ensure the reconciliation of daily work and preparation of the Daily Branch Cash Proof. Prepares and reviews reports relative to the position. Handles client needs. Supports the deposit goals of the Branch and assists tellers with marketing promotion for Branch growth. Ensures efficient operation and adherence to security policies and procedures in the teller area. Greet customer at window and on the phone Process transactions and adhere to all Banking regulations Identify and refer sales opportunities to platform staff Proving at the end of the shift Strong attention to detail Ability to multi-task Organizational skills Ability to work in a team environment Basic PC skills Able to stand for long periods of timeJob Experience:Basic Qualifications:• High School Diploma or GED • 2 years Teller experience • 1 year experience in a customer contact environmentNo agencies please.
