Inside Telesales/Account Manager 

(Entry-Level)

 

Position Description

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals that thrive in a fast-paced environment and are interested in a rewarding inside sales career. Successful candidates must possess outstanding communication and problem solving skills and enjoy building customer relationships over the telephone.

      Serve as primary liaison, in an effort to expand customer relationships, assess, analyze and address all customer business and purchasing needs, and grow sales volume. This position will manage account portfolios that are expected to generate pre-established aggregate annual sales.

      Proactively interact with each account on a regular and ongoing basis, utilizing a wide array of available communication channels, to maximize their purchasing with Airgas in an effort to drive and secure sales opportunities and sales.

Position Requirements

 

      High school diploma or equivalent

      Prior inside sales, retail, or telephone experience is beneficial, although not required.

      Excellent verbal and written communication skills

      Excellent Presentation Skills

      Previous Inside sales experience preferred

      Ability to work both independently and in a team environment

      Positive and proactive approach to changing and developing environment

Compensation package

      Base salary plus bonus; NO salary cap

      Full Benefits: medical, dental, life, 401K, ESPP, paid vacation and more

      Hours:  Monday – Friday  / 8am-5pm
