Customer Service Call Center Representative (Part-Time)
ERG Transit Systems, a world leader in smart card integration, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to work approx. 20 -24 hours a week. Join our team and provide professional, knowledgeable and courteous support to our customers.
In this position, you will be responsible for:
Answering phone calls from customers, public transit operators, and merchantsProcessing all fax, email and U.S. mail communicationsTaking orders over the phone for card add-value, devices and literature requestsProviding resolution for customer issues in keeping with proceduresEntering all forms of customer, transit operator and third party distributor contacts in database
Required Experience:
Essential:
1-2 years of call center experienceAble to type 45 WPMComfortable with computer usePrompt and reliable attendanceAble to work holidays, nights & weekends is a must
Desired:
MS Office professional experienceSense of humorFast learner
