Technical Recruiter

ClearBridge is currently looking for a Technical Recruiter with the passion and drive to match qualified resources to open positions.





Responsibilities will include: Actively source/ recruit and match qualified candidates with open positions. Draw upon a proven recruiting background to identify and manage candidates throughout the hiring process, from initial identification through offer acceptance; to include sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating, and negotiating compensation. Maintain communication with consultants on project to ensure a successful project. Establish relationships with consultants/contractors and develop a resource pipeline aligned with our service offerings. Generate leads based upon market knowledge.

Requirements include: Minimum 1 year working as a recruiter; technical recruiting a plus. Ability to communicate with a consultative, professional approach to evaluate candidate skills/abilities and place in IT consulting roles that meet their skills and our clients expectations. Desire to actively identify leads. Knowledge of IT concepts and latest technologies Ability to multi task and work in a very fast paced, dynamic environment. Must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Minimum Bachelors Degree
