Technical Admin Level III

Leading oil & gas company is seeking a competent Technical Admin III to lead help desk operations, SLA, performance, escalations and IT management.

Long term contract or contract to perm, pays $32 - 38 an hour.

 

Position requires:

 

·  Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related experience and certifications

·  7 – 10 years work experience, with technical troubleshooting

·  Lead and manage integration and implementation of new technologies

·  System-wide responsibility on complex components and projects

·  Maybe called to consult for other projects

·  Lead, develop and improve strategic processes and directions for projects, consults and transfers knowledge and sought to resolve unique business problems

·  Specialist/ Subject Matter Expert

·  Manage installations, relocations, troubleshooting and supporting all company standard hardware

·  Experience supporting SAP

·  Experience in client services, communication and management

·  Participating in the development and maintenance of systems, documentation, processes and project methodology

·  Providing consultation for clients on hardware and software issues
