Our Field Reps install, maintain, and troubleshoot proprietary hardware and software devices used to collect television-viewing data. Managing a geographic assignment of numerous Nielsen households, our Field Reps provide stellar customer service to ensure a positive experience for our Nielsen Families. Position requires bending and lifting television sets.This unique position with The Nielsen Company offers the following:· Work from home· Non-traditional schedule including some nights and weekends· Company car· Comprehensive benefits package effective the first day of employment· Laptop computer and printer· 7 weeks paid training program near Tampa, Florida - temporary lodging and transportation provided· Compensation package with a base salary of $33,400 / year, paid overtime, plus incentives / bonuses bringing the annual salary potential into the mid to high 30sQualificationsThe successful candidate will possess the following qualities:· Software systems aptitude and networking knowledge· Computer skills including Windows based PC proficiency· Self-motivated· Excellent organizational / time management skills· Experience working with minimal supervision· Superior customer service skills· Bachelors degree in any discipline preferred. Technical diploma, Certificate of Completion, Associates degree or military experience is a plus.
