Our client in Ann Arbor, MI has two immediate contract to hire opportunities for Tech Support Analysts.The technical support analysts will be responsible for network monitoring of hosted systems. This includes managing the online monitoring environment, responding to alerts, performing initial triage of incidents, creating cases for Tier II, and communicating incidents to internal business partners. They use Site Scope as the monitoring tool. This is a Solaris and windows environment so basic Unix skills are a needed.
