Job Title:
Staffing Lead, Technology
Job Summary:
The Technology Staffing Lead is responsible for staffing the right person to the right need while also driving and maintaining the expected level of utilization percentage across all technology domains for a particular book of business. This effective and efficient fulfilment of all technical project staffing needs must be accomplished in a fast-paced proactive manner which enables the team to produce great work.
Responsibilities:
· Partners with business to prioritize and schedule people to consistently achieve billable utilization goals and produce great work for clients Identifies process trends and issues based on all report sources and metrics
· Prioritizes and schedules people in accordance with company’s goals, revenue potential, downstream opportunities and career growth
· Manages the mix of new hires, contractors, trained people, and travel ready people to ensure project success
· Work with other staffing leads across multiple regions to identify needs and match talent to open requirements
· Serve as the escalation point for urgent/critical staffing needs or challenges
· Assists with the quarterly hiring plan
· Work with hiring and contracting to proactively address needs
· 10% travel may be required.
Experience Guidelines:
· 5-7+ years’ work experience in a fast-paced global environment
· 5+ years of experience in technical staffing or technical project management role
· Experience with Enterprise Content Management Systems or Digital Commerce Systems a plus
· Experience in a consulting and/or project based environment
· Demonstrated ability to quickly assess and prioritize needs
· Experience working with Directors and VPs in critical situations
· Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office products – especially Excel & Pivot tables
Education:
Bachelor’s degree required
