Position # 1 Loan Syndication Administrator (Agency) : Job description Job Function: Deal administration and trade settlement support. Corporate Title: Associate to Assistant Vice President Salary Range: Functional Title: Agency Deal Administrator Responsibilities: Ø Loan Administration: a) Administer a loan portfolio of approximately 50 DB Syndicated deals on Loan IQ b) Interpreting Credit Agreements and Amendments. Building of new deals, Amendments and closing fees c) Reconciliation of interest, fees and compensation as related to the loan and assignment agreements. d) Interface with Traders, Relationship Managers, and Loan Operations staff of various banks including Deutsche Bank. e) Demonstrate ability to investigate and resolve customer inquires and account discrepancies f) Participate in Departmental projects and initiatives Ø Trade Support: a) Interface with Traders to insure timely trade input – building deals/customers and following up for details to complete system input. b) Coordinate with Compliance Group trade closings and delayed compensation calculations. c) Trade settlement responsibilities include documentation review, settlement instruction verification and ensuring bank policy followed through operational flow. Professional and personal qualifications: a) Minimum 2 years experience in loan administration. b) Above average system skills, excel spreadsheets, access, and banking systems. Loan IQ knowledge a plus. c) Good organizational and workflow management skills needed.. d) Accounting background is preferred. e) Experience in all Par Trading also desired. Position # 2 Loan Servicing Administrator (Trading): Job description Job Function: Loan administration and Par Trading settlements Corporate Title: Associate to Assistant Vice President Functional Title: Deal Administrator Responsibilities: Ø Loan Administration: g) Manage portfolio of loan credits related to loan trading positions. h) Reconciliation of interest, fees and compensation as related to the loan and assignment agreements. i) Interface with Traders, Relationship Managers, and Loan Operations staff of various banks including Deutsche Bank. Ø Trade Support: d) Interface with Traders and Clear Par to close Par trades. e) Coordinate with Compliance Group on trade closings. f) Ensure that proper documentation has been received and funds are sent correctly to counterparties. Ø Reporting: a) Maintain “control reports� and follow up on unapplied funds with agent banks. b) Ensure all past due items and unapplied funds have status comments on reporting. Professional and personal qualifications: f) Minimum 1 years experience in loan administration. g) Good system skills, excel spreadsheets, access, and banking systems. Loan IQ knowledge a plus. h) Good organizational and workflow management skills needed. i) Experience in Loan Trading also desired. Position # 3 Loan Trading Support Administrator (CMBS): Job description Job Function: Deal administration support. Corporate Title: Associate to Assistant Vice President Salary Range: Functional Title: Deal Administrator Responsibilities: Ø Loan Administration: j) Manage portfolio of loan credits related to CMBS Warehouse lines and the whole loan portfolio. k) Reconciliation of interest, fees and positions as related to the portfolios and loan agreements. l) Interface with Traders, Relationship Managers, and Loan Operations staff of various banks including Deutsche Bank. m) Collateral monitoring and reporting function related to CMBS Warehouse lines. n) Ability to review and understand various loan related documents such as promissory notes, credit agreements ect… Ø Trade Support: g) Interface with Front Office to insure timely trade input for the whole loan portfolio – building deals/customers and following up for details to complete system input. h) Trade and loan funding settlement responsibilities include documentation review, settlement instruction verification and ensuring bank policy followed through operational flow. i) Intersystem reconciliations and ability to identify resolutions to bring systems into agreement. Professional and personal qualifications: j) Minimum 2 years experience in loan administration. k) Management of a loan portfolio with a collateral component is desirable. l) Good system skills including excel spreadsheets, access, and banking systems. Loan IQ knowledge a plus. m) Good organizational and workflow management skills needed. n) Experience in CMBS “loan business� is a plus. o) Accounting background is helpful. Position # 4 Loan Trading Support Administrator (Distressed): Job description Job Function: Deal administration and trade settlement support. Corporate Title: Assistant Vice President Functional Title: Deal Administrator Responsibilities: Ø Loan Administration: o) Manage portfolio of loan credits related to loan trading positions. p) Reconciliation of interest, fees and compensation as related to the loan and assignment agreements. q) Interface with Traders, Relationship Managers, and Loan Operations staff of various banks including Deutsche Bank. Ø Trade Support: j) Interface with Traders to insure timely trade input – building deals/customers and following up for details to complete system input. k) Coordinate with Compliance Group trade closings and delayed compensation calculations. l) Ensure that proper documentation has been received and funds are sent correctly to counterparties. Ø Other: c) Understanding of how transactions will effect daily P&L reporting. d) Understanding of a Loan Credit restructuring with non loan elements such as equity. e) Client relationship skills are important when dealing with counterparts in the distressed loan market. Position # 5 Loan Trading Support Administrator (TRS) : Job description Job Function: Deal administration and trade settlement support. Corporate Title: Associate to Assistant Vice President Salary Range: Functional Title: TRS Administrator Responsibilities: Ø Loan Administration: r) Assist in managing a portfolio of loan credits related to loan trading positions. s) Reconciliation of interest, fees and compensation as related to the loan and assignment agreements. t) Interface with Traders, Relationship Managers, and Loan Operations staff of various banks including Deutsche Bank. Ø Trade Support: m) Interface with Traders to insure timely trade input – building deals/customers and following up for details to complete system input. n) Coordinate with Compliance Group trade closings and delayed compensation calculations. o) Trade settlement responsibilities include documentation review, settlement instruction verification and ensuring bank policy followed through operational flow. Ø Reporting and Client interface: f) Total Return Loan Swap settlement preparation - accrual and cash receipt confirmations. g) Total Return Loan Swap valuation statement generation, review, and distribution. h) Delayed compensation maintenance – ensure Deutsche Bank pays and receives funds. i) Development and maintenance of the TRLS client relationship – responsive answering of questions related to valuation and settlement statements. Research of client discrepancies and resolution of the items whether they are loan related, TRS related, or if the client is misinterpreting the data. j) Intensive system to system reconciliations, ensuring economics are represented properly in both TRS and Loan systems.
