Position DescriptionThe individual in this position will work under the direction of a senior or principal engineer and support short and mid-term initiatives focused on investigating the design, development and manufacture of arthroscopic deployed devices intended for knee repair procedures.Position Duties and Responsibilities- Hands-on operation and troubleshooting of molding equipment.- Thorough lab notebook documentation of work plan and experiment data.- Sample management (storage, cross-department delivery/testing, tracking through subsequent process steps, etc.).- Support the implementation of process improvements and the transition of new products into Operations..Requirements: EducationAssociate Degree in a science related discipline, or equivalent knowledge/expertise acquired though relevant work experience.
