Requires detailed knowledge in operating systems, operational tools, database management software and other similar systems support software for Unix, and/or Windows platforms. POSITION-SPECIFIC TECHNICAL SKILLS User Management / User Provisioning solutions, including business and functional requirements gathering and solution development. Identity/Access Management infrastructure, including the following: PRIMARY TECHNICAL SKILLS: Sun Identity Manager Workflow & Sun Identity Manager Hands-on knowledge of Java Express, Java Scripts–OR- Sun Access Manager & Sun Directory Server Hands-on knowledge of Java, JavaScripts, C/C++, HTTPS, SSL, as well as good understanding of agent-less and agent-based integration are required. Strong background in Java and J2EE design and development and good understanding of SDLC and Use Case. SECONDARY TECHNICAL SKILLS: Microsoft Active Directory 2003 Administration Microsoft MIIS/ILM 2007 Hands-on knowledge of C# or VB,HTTPS, SSL, as well as good understanding of agent-less and agent-based integration are required. Demonstrated capability of coding MIIS connectors OPTIONAL ADDITIONAL SKILLS: Radius Authentication Server for VPN and pass through Active Directory Authentication. Two-part authentication infrastructure including biometric / smart-card authentication, and PKI.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Installations of new software releases and system upgrades. Evaluates and installs patches and resolves software related problems. Performs system backups and recovery. Maintains data files and monitors system configuration to ensure data integrity. Provides technical support by utilizing working knowledge of systems. Works under direction of senior engineers and assists with integration, implementation, and administration of systems Individual should be familiar with best practices and standards for the repackaging and distribution of software for zero touch installation and automated deployment. Experience managing technology strategy / roadmap. Experience with Wise Package Studio and/or Install shield Admin Studio to create deployable MSI installations for software developed commercially and in-house. Experience with Unix/Linux, VBScript, Marimba, Patch Management, anti-Spyware, McAfee technologies, Citrix, WSH, Office technologies, Hummingbird and Attachmate connectivity technologies, CA Unicenter (SDO & AMO) helpful. Working Knowledge of Desktop Management Interface (DMI), Web-based Enterprise Management (WBEM) & Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI) Industry Certifications Preferred: MCSE, CCA/CCEJOB REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience 5-8 years work experience in relevant field. Conduct special assignments and to develop alternative solutions within specific parameters and guidelines. Provide effective technical advice and to serve as a technical training resource in specific functional assignment areas. May guide and direct the day-to-day activities of other engineers within a specific functional area. May be assigned as a Project Leader for technical projects that require project management and interpersonal skills. Apply in-depth technical knowledge and expertise in functional areas to arrive at decisions and problem resolutions that are complex and technical in nature. Actively maintain effective working relationships with Albertson’s customers and peers. Maintain an ethical and business relationship with outside vendors.
