Our continued success and growth has produced a need for Department Manager position in our Westbrook, Maine location. Job Description:·  Responsible for implementing programs designed to achieve or exceed objectives in the areas of revenue, sales, service and margin, measuring against market potential and expected budgeted results. ·  Responsible for managing the districts suppression department Profit and Loss statement to an approved financial plan, which includes operating expenses, accounts receivable/collections, manpower, capital, and inventory. ·  Responsible for the identification, selection, and development of potentially new and existing customer accounts.·  Assign effective performance measures and motivate employees to achieve and exceed objectives in a professional, timely, and effective manner.·  Organize and develop an effective team to successfully deliver service and to grow the business.
