This attorney will support Macrovision's interactive television and copy protection businesses in Macrovision's Los Angeles office. Specifically, the successful candidate will draft and negotiate domestic and international agreements for the licensing, distribution and development of Macrovision's interactive program guide products and services, and agreements with studios and other content producers enabling content copy protection. Title and compensation to be commensurate with experience.

*JD from a top tier accredited law school and member in good standing of State Bar of California.

* Minimum of 2 to 3 years experience in technology licensing and development agreements at a top law firm or technology company.

* Excellent contract drafting skills.
